1. Introduction

1.1. IHC New Zealand Incorporated (IHC) has made a game called “Stand Tall” (Game).

1.2.Before you can play the Game, you must read and agree to these terms and conditions, which are rules about playing the Game.

1.3. These terms and conditions form a contract between you and IHC. If you have any questions, please ask a parent, guardian, or support person for help before you play the Game.

2. Playing the Game

2.1. We cannot promise the Game will always work. We do not accept responsibility if the Game is unavailable or does not work at any time.

2.2. It is your responsibility to make sure the Game will work on your device and operating system.

2.3. You can stop playing the Game whenever you like.

3. Using the Game

3.1. IHC has made the Game for you to play. IHC will let you play the Game as much as you like, but you are not allowed to remake or copy any part of the Game.

3.2. We are letting you use the Game for your own use.  You cannot share it or make money from it.  This means you cannot take pictures of the game or copy the Game. You are not allowed to try and create your own game from it.  We let you play the Game for fun but can stop making the Game available to play at any time, and for any reason.

3.3. You do not have any ownership rights over the Game. This includes pictures, music, images, and designs inside the Game. You may only use these things when you play the Game. You are not allowed to reproduce any part of the Game in any way.

3.4. You are allowed to use the Game only to play Stand Tall. You are not allowed to take any part of the Game to use for any purpose, other than playing the Game. 

4. Privacy

4.1. Once you are finished playing the Game, there will be a survey. The survey will ask you some questions and will collect some personal information about you. This is optional - you do not have to fill out the survey.

It explains how and what IHC does with personal information that is collected when you play the Game.   You could ask your parent, guardian, or support person to read through that for you. 

5. Internet and mobile provider terms and charges

5.1. We have made the Game free for you to play. You need the internet to play. You might have to pay to use the internet when you play the Game. By playing the Game, you agree IHC will not have to pay for those charges.

6. Damage to your phone or computer

6.1. By playing the Game, you agree that we are not responsible for any damage to your phone or computer that might happen when you play the Game. 

7. Code of Conduct

7.1. There are some rules you have to follow when playing the Game. These are set out below. If you do not understand any of these rules, please ask a parent, guardian, or support person to help you.

7.2. You cannot play the Game in a way that breaks the law.

7.3. You cannot play the Game for commercial purposes.

7.4. You cannot use the Game to commit fraud or for any abusive purposes. This means you cannot pretend to be someone you are not, or incorrectly pretend to be associated with a person or entity that you are not. 

7.5. You cannot use the Game to abuse or harass other people.

7.6. You cannot try and hack the Game or try to find information about the Game unless we have specifically let you.

7.7. You cannot take any information about other people that play the Game.

7.8. You cannot act in a way that conflicts with the intention of the Game. 

8. Changes to these terms and conditions

8.1. By playing the Game, you agree that we are allowed to change these terms and conditions. You will know we have done this because there will be a pop—up notification in the Game. 

8.2. If you do not want to follow the new rules, you can stop playing the Game whenever you like.

9. Governing law

9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by New Zealand law. By playing the Game you agree that any issue with these terms and conditions will be dealt with in New Zealand.
